How to Prepare for Your Procedure

  • Avoid blood-thinning medications and supplements (e.g., aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil) for 5–7 days.
  • Refrain from alcohol 24 hours before your treatment.
  • Arrive with clean skin, free of makeup.
  • Plan treatments at least two weeks before major events.


Post-Care Instructions

  • Avoid lying down or bending over for 4–6 hours after your treatment.
  • Avoid touching or massaging the treated area for 24 hours.
  • Refrain from strenuous exercise, alcohol, and heat exposure (e.g., saunas, hot tubs) for 24–48 hours.
  • Use gentle skincare products for 24–48 hours.
